For example: if there’s an exam coming up soon and its stressing me out because I’m not prepared enough yet then I’ll put aside some extra study time before heading off campus; this way if my stress levels get too high during the exam itself then at least I’ll still be able do well even though my overall capacity has been exhausted (and therefore unable) due simply lacking energy reserves due lack enough sleep etc..
